Kadek Fendi Wirawan is a passionate marine biologist and environmental advocate with over 9 years of experience in coral reef restoration and conservation. He is the Founder and Director of the Indonesia Reef Warrior Foundation, where he leads initiatives focused on coral reef rehabilitation, coral reef monitoring, and the development of baby coral nurseries. His innovative approach, which he refers to as "Underwater Gardening," involves transplanting damaged coral fragments onto artificial reefs, giving them a chance to thrive again. Fendi also works as a scientific researcher at Coral Reef Garden in Lovina, Bali, where he further develops his expertise in coral restoration techniques. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Marine Sciences at Diponegoro University, he has a strong academic background in marine biology and has been dedicated to marine conservation throughout his career. Fendi’s work is not only instrumental in rehabilitating coral ecosystems but also in promoting sustainable practices for future generations.

Beta Wicaksono, Master of Sociology graduates and practitioner on community empowerment program. Having competencies on participatory approach, advocacy, social return on investment, behavior change and communication. More than several decades worked on NGOs and multinational companies with various focuses.

ANGGI
Anggi is a trained marine biologist and an experienced data analyst, who is supporting Indonesia Reef Warrior's (IRW) research programs. With her strong analytical skills, she plays a crucial role in interpreting complex environmental data, helping the team gain valuable insights for coral reef conservation efforts. Anggi's work ensures that the data collected during research projects is accurately analyzed and used to guide strategic decisions for the protection and restoration of Indonesia's marine ecosystems. Her contributions are vital in driving the success of IRW's mission.
MARTINA
Martina works in consulting at an international audit and advisory firm. She is a passionate photographer and diver, and both personally and professionally, she is deeply committed to sustainability. Martina supports Indonesia Reef Warrior as a senior advisor, where she leverages her international network, marketing, and sales expertise to help drive the organization’s growth and impact. In addition, she serves as the deputy chairman of the board of BLUE Germany and is actively engaged in several NGOs focused on sustainability, education, and the protection of the underwater world. With her strategic approach and dedication, Martina aims to inspire positive change and share her knowledge on these important topics with others.
